Universal drying ovens with stainless steel inner chamber and housing which are ideal for drying and sterilisation applications. Choice of 3 different controller types:
Basic controller:
Electronic PID controller with an integrated self-diagnostic system that ensures reliable and exact temperature control.
  • Temperature range: Ambient +10 to 220 °C, temperature variation \<±0.5 °C at 150 °C
  • Programmable digital timer, 1 min to 99 h 59 min
  • Manually adjustable air flap for fresh air intake and visual alarm if temperature is exceeded
  • Dual over-temperature protection; heating is switched off at 10 °C above set point if electronic heating control fails; mechanical temperature limiter TB, switches heating off permanently if max. permitted temperature is exceeded by 10 °C
Excellent controller:
Multifunctional PID microprocessor controller with an integrated self-diagnostic system and digital LED display for all set parameters and digital 7 day programme timer with real time clock.
  • Temperature range: Ambient +10 to 250 °C, temperature variation \<±0.25 °C at 150 °C
  • Programmable digital timer, 1 min. to 999 h and weekly programmer for temperature control profile with a maximum of 4 segments: Switch on with time delay, heat up, hold set temperature and defined cooling down
  • Fan speed for UFE and UFP models can be controlled and set in increments of 10%
  • Safety features are the same as Basic controller and, in addition, an adjustable over-temperature controller, TWW protection class 3.1 takes control at a preset temperature in case of failure
Perfect controller:
Controller is the same as the Excellent programmer but with the following additional features:
  • Integrated timer for temperature profiles of up to 40 ramps, each segment adjustable from 1 min up to 999 h
  • Air flap for fresh air intake is adjusted by servo motor and can be set in increments of 10%
  • Safety features are the same as Excellent controller and in addition the Automatic Safety Function for over- and under-temperature automatically follows the setpoint in a selectable tolerance range. An alarm sounds in the event of over- or under-temperature, and the heating is switched off if over set temperature
  • GLP/GMP compliance is assisted by the serial RS232 interface and "Celsius" software for programming and documentation
UFB, UFE and UFP models have forced convection via a fan
UNB, UNE and UNP models have natural convection
UNP and UFP models are supplied with serial interface, software, memory card and calibration certificate (measurements taken at 160 °C). UNE and UFE models are supplied with software. All models supplied with 2 perforated stainless steel shelves (except UNB 100, UNB 200, UNB 300, UNE 200 UNE 300, UNP 200 and UNP 300 which have 1 shelf). Please note UFE 700, UFE 800, UFP 700, UFP 800, UNE 700, UNE 800, UNP 700  and UNP 800 units require a 3 phase supply.
